A 20 year old Cherokee man is in custody following a fatal shooting at the McDonald’s on Casino Trail. Rider Lucas Sneed is facing multiple charges in the Feb. 25 late night shooting that left one man dead and another wounded, according to a Cherokee Indian Police Dept. release to the press. -0-
