The future of a proposed indoor pool in Cullowhee could be in jeopardy. The Jackson County Commissioners made a move last week to hopefully head off impacts from rising interest rates that could drastically change the cost of the $20 million pricetag of the project, due to rising prices on construction materials, increased building costs, and climbing interest rates. Bids are set to be opened June 2.
