Early voting starts next Thursday [April 28]. Voters will head to the polls to decide who will run in the general election in November and who will fill three seats on the Jackson County Board of Education. Voters may cast a ballot at any early voting site in their county Mon. thru Fri from April 28-May 13, and until 3 p.m. Saturday, May 14. The primary election is May 17, when polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m..
