A trifecta of partnerships hopes to make an impact on the regional housing shortage in Jackson County. Givens Communities, Western Carolina University and Mountain Projects of Sylva, plans to put approximately 211-237 new housing units just outside Webster town limits to provide new options for Jackson County seniors, low-income families and business professionals. Preliminary site plans are for three housing clusters located along both sides of Cloverdale Road leading to Vero Health & Rehab.
