Great Smoky Mountains Natl. Park – The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is asking for the publics help solving an incident that left a portion of the Laurel Falls Trail vandalized. Park rangers started investigating a report of vandalism last month and found a large section of rocks along the trail where someone spray-painted words and symbols. If you have any information on the incident you’re asked to contact the Great Smoky Mountains Emergency Communications Center. The investigation is ongoing and authorities said the case remains open.
