A local mom and pop drug store is bidding customers adieu after serving the community for decades. Kel-Save, a drug store in Sylva has partly closed, after rivaling a nearby Walgreens, which many are switching to. The 76-year-old store owner said the drug store will re-open for a deal busting sale, before the pharmacy permanently shuts its doors.
