Wilson Creek is getting some TLC. A Clean Wilson Creek (ACWC), a local non-profit, has been awarded a $1,500 grant from Balsam Mountain Trust, a non-profit organization near Sylva, to fund projects that help protect and restore Wilson Creek, and create a safe and enjoyable place for all. The grant will also help ACWC continue its efforts to educate the public and raise awareness of the importance of protecting Wilson Creek’s unique ecosystem and how it can be preserved for future generations.
