HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A Haywood internet, cable provider is being criticized for poor service in some mountain communities. Several Zito customers are complaining about long internet and cable outages, service and billing issues, and the closure of the Jonathan Creek office. Zito officials said staffing difficulties, like other businesses in the pandemic era, have posed some problems and they are working to address solutions to the issues.
