Underserved communities in NC will soon have high speed internet. Broadband and Digital Equity announced that Zito West Holding, LLC has recieved a multi-million award from the GREAT Grant program for the 2022 Swain County Broadband Expansion project to expand services to households and businesses in Swain County. The GREAT grant awards are being made on a rolling basis for this funding round, according to a press release.
