A Sylva man, deemed a “child predator” is now in custody. Donathan Nathaniel Colby Shelton has been arrested on allegations of child molestation in Jackson County and also is a fugitive in Georgia for similar charges involving a child. The 30 year old is being held in the Jackson County Detention Center on a $395,000 bond.
