Local school district fighting cyber-bullying

WAYNESVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) – A local school district is fighting cyber-bullying. Haywood County Schools’ Superintendent said the district is revamping the way it monitors students’ activities on school computers via a program specifically designed for cyberbullying, that will highlight keywords that relate to violence, suicide, bullying or inappropriate content. The new tool will also potentially give parents additional information to use to keep their children safer, officials said
