Haywood County Schools offices will soon have a new home. Over the next few weeks Haywood County Schools staff will be setting up their offices in the newly renovated 1970s building on North Main St., in Waynesville. District leaders are hoping the move will boost morale after a couple of challenging years, with the COVID-19 pandemic, historic flooding damaging school property, and a ransomware attack.
School officials will be hosting an open house in June.
