The Cherokee Indian Fair Committee has chosen this year’s fair theme. Selected from a number of suggestions selected an entry from a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians of the Wolftown Community, titled “Say it in Cherokee ‘Hniwi Tsalagi.” The Fair Committee encourages everyone planning to attend the family friendly event to keep the ‘Say it in Cherokee – Hniwi Tsalagi’.” theme in mind.
