Southwestern Community College held the grand opening of their new Health Sciences Building on Friday. The facility is home to sixteen health sciences curriculums including the new surgical assistance technology and expanded training for lab technology and respiratory therapy. The twenty million dollar building was made possible by the Connect NC bond referendum approved by North Carolina Voters in 2016.
