Area business and traffic lights went dark Monday after power lines were damaged off highway 441 in Dillsboro in a freak accident. Utility crews spent most of the day working to repair power and communications lines after an apparent logging truck that had a branch extending from the moving vehicle came in contact with the lines. There were no reports of injures.
