Franklin, NC — A wanted Franklin County man is now in custody. William Dale Sheffield was apprehended after a high-speed police chase, reaching speeds of up to 120 mph, that ended when he when he drove into a dead end road and was arrested, according to a press release Wednesday [March 16], from Franklin Police.
Sheffield was wanted for violating a domestic violence order.
