MAGGIE VALLEY – The State Bureau of Investigation is examining an unattended death at Our Place Inn in Maggie Valley Tuesday [Feb. 15]. Maggie Valley Police confirmed the SBI has been called to assist, but would not confirm whether the death occurred in the residence or in one of the motel rooms,The Mountaineer reported.
