A Franklin man is back behind bars after violating the terms of his probation. Jeremy Cole Sanders pleaded guilty this month in Macon County Superior Court to two felony drug trafficking charges and a misdemeanor for resisting arrest, court documents state. A judge ordered the 29 year old to serve between 5-7 years in prison and pay a $50,000 fine.
