Haywood County residents are struggling to recover after being hit with back to back states of emergency.
A month and a half ago, historic flooding left devastation in it’s wake, right in the midst of what has become a nearly two year long COVID-19 pandemic. Officials say working together to repair properties damaged by the storm, and making sure to help ease the COVID crisis, like continuing to mask up and social distance, can help make the situation more manageable.
