The chronic crumbling pavement of Pigeon Street in Waynesville is finally on track for a permanent fix. It’s one of multiple road construction projects along the corridors leading into Waynesville that will be on the list of street improvments. Pigeon Street potholes has long been a source of constant complaints from town residents. The project is expected to be completed by the spring.
